Navigating the White Waters of Grief
January 15 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

Judgement Free Conversation and Support
Your world feels upside down. You’re wondering how you’ll regain your footing and find meaning in life.
If you have experienced a loss of any kind, Living Your Dying (and Grieving!) is for you. Loss includes the death of a family member, friend, or pet, the end of a marriage or other intimate relationship, the loss of a home or job, a health crisis, and more. No matter where you are in your grief journey, you are welcome, just as you are.
You will find this group a safe space to acknowledge and express all you may be feeling. It is normal and natural if you’re sad, hurt, angry, fearful, or regretful. No one will judge you, and no one will try to “fix” you. You’re not broken! Healing begins when we honor our hearts, mind, and soul by sharing those feelings.
To create a sacred space with a good sense of connection and community, please arrive on time for brief introductions and turn your camera on. However, your emotions may feel so intense that you need some privacy. In that case, temporarily turning off your video and even audio is OK. If you need to leave the meeting early, that is OK too. CoachRev will follow up with you after the meeting to check in and ensure your safety.
There is no cost, although contributions to support the ongoing mission of CoachRev @the CrossRoads are always gratefully accepted and can be made here.
I look forward to meeting you and joining you on your journey. Together we will find the still waters of peace and tranquility.
