Grief Sucks! Grievers Don’t

Grief Sucks! Grievers Don't

I love the way my friend Crystal approaches grief. She is right out there, no BS, and gets right to the heart of it.

Grief. Sucks!

In her book Confessions of a Griever: Turning a Hot Mess into an Haute Message (Laughable Lessons for When Life Just Sucks) Crystal brings us into her world of loss. Loss of her beautiful Madelyn who died in her arms just a few hours after birth, loss of so many dreams, and loss of everything she believed to be true about being a mom. She spent the next five years never quite knowing which end was up. She hurt. She grieved. She cried. And she screamed. But Chrystal also knew immediately that she would not let Madelyn’s death define her. She knew that her little angel touched many lives that day, and that Madelyn’s legacy of life and love would carry on.

Crystal knew that she “had to lift myself out of the anger, sorrow, and depression. I couldn’t continue living my life waiting to die.” And a powerful new concept was born. Check out her website SharingSolace where you can learn more about how Crystal turned her grief and despair to powerful ways of support, compassion, and encouragement for all grievers around the world. You can also get the first two chapters of her book for free.  Simply go to https://sharingsolace.com/

May your hot mess be transformed into your own haute message!

Wishing you Peace,
