The death of someone you love can leave you feeling overwhelmed. If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, friend, or even a beloved pet, you may discover that others don’t understand the deep hurt you feel. Grief can leave you feeling confused, isolated, and lost. You have questions about things you’ve never faced before. It can be tremendously helpful to have a trusted person to talk to. CoachRev offers several opportunities for you to find the support you need.

Stepping Stones Grief Groups
We offer a variety of groups. Whether you prefer day or evening, weekday or weekend, in person or on line, we have a group for you.  

Drop In Grief Groups
These virtual groups are offered throughout the week and are open to anyone who wishes to come to one or many – no matter your loss. Groups are a safe place to process your grief, learn coping techniques, and make connections with others on a similar journey.

Coaching Groups
These 6-8 week groups usually address one topic at a time and are not drop-in groups. We ask you to commit to attending each session. Topics include:

  • 8 Critical Questions for Mourners
  • The Emotions of Grief
  • Commonly Asked Questions in Grief
  • Coach Yourself Through Grief
  • Dealing With the Holidays
Grief Coaching An innovative approach tailored to fit the griever’s unique and individual needs. Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, you don’t have to journey alone. Your grief coach will work with you to find the tools, perspectives, and strategies you need to navigate your grief. Coaching happens in a safe, confidential, and judgment-free setting. You may come with very clear questions, challenges, or topics, or you may not know quite what you need today. Either way, your coach will help you navigate the white waters of grief. Hope and healing are within reach. Together we will find the strength and courage within to grieve and grow.
